Vredestein Satisfaction Guarantee 2025

 

Vredestein Satisfaction Guarantee 2025 (‘Promotion Scheme’) is being brought to you by Apollo Tyres (Europe) B.V. having its registered office located at Herikerbergweg 5, 1101 CB Amsterdam (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).

1. Purpose and Scope of the Guarantee Promotion Scheme

  • The Vredestein Satisfaction Guarantee Promotion Scheme is intended exclusively for end Consumers who purchase and install four Vredestein passenger car tyres at authorized dealerships (‘Dealership’) of the Company in Europe. The list of authorized dealerships can be found at satisfactionguarantee.vredestein.com.
  • The Promotion Scheme is valid if the purchase of Tyres is made between October 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025  (‘Promotional Period’).  
  • This Promotion Scheme excludes tyres purchased for vans, commercial vehicles, taxis, racing vehicles, and any other professional or commercial use.
  • The Promotion Scheme is only valid for purchases and installations of four tyres carried out in a single transaction and at an authorized Dealership of the Company. It cannot be combined with or applied together with other Vredestein promotional schemes.
     

2. Return Period

The Consumer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase and installation to request a replacement; provided that the tyres have not been driven more than 1,500 kilometers.
 

3. Consumer Requirements

To request an exchange of tyres, the Consumer must comply with the following requirements:

  • Have purchased and installed four Vredestein passenger car tyres at an authorized Dealership of the Company during the Promotional Period.
  • Present the original purchase and installation invoice.
  • The Tyres must be in acceptable condition, without damage caused by misuse, accidents, vandalism, racing, use in taxis, commercial vehicles, or any use other than private passenger vehicles.
  • Complete and sign the Return form together with the Dealership.
  • The return process should be complete at the same Dealership where the purchase and installation were carried out.
     

4. Return and Reimbursement Process

a) The Consumer must go to the authorized Dealership where the purchase and installation were originally made, within the established period and mileage limit by presenting the original invoice and the tyres.

b) Validation by the Dealership

The Dealership must explicitly and properly verify the following requirements:

  • That the purchase and installation of the four tyres were carried out at the Dealership itself and during the Promotional Period.
  • That the returned tyres are from the Vredestein passenger car range  (excluding models for vans or commercial vehicles).
  • That the tyres are in acceptable condition, without damage caused by misuse, accidents, tampering, irregular wear, cuts, punctures, repairs, alterations, or with an illegible DOT.
  • That the 14 calendar days from the purchase date and the 1,500 kilometers mileage limit have not been exceeded.
  • That the original purchase and installation invoice is presented.
  • That the Customer Return form is duly completed and signed.

c) Required documentation in the reimbursement process

The Dealership must send the following to the Customer Care Team:

  • Original purchase and installation invoice, in a legible digital format.
  • Customer Return form duly completed and signed.
  • Invoice to Company for the value of the set of tyres and fitting cost.
  • Any other documentation the Company may require in subsequent contacts to validate the process, such as photographs of the returned tyres, ensuring they are high-quality, clear, and allow identification of the condition, size, and model of the tyre.
  • All documentation must be legible and of sufficient quality to avoid rejection or requests for additional information.

d) Consumer credit

  • Upon validation of the requirements and documentation, the Dealership will grant the Consumer immediate credit equivalent to the amount paid for the tyres and fitting. Alignment services, special inflation, or other additional services included in the original invoice are excluded.
  • Likewise, this credit may only be used for the purchase of new tyres and cover fitting costs at the same Dealership, not for inflation or other additional services.

e) Deadlines and reimbursement phases for the Dealership

The Dealership must send all requested documentation to Customer Care team within the 14-day guarantee period, by sending it to the email address corresponding to the respective country (see list of email addresses below).

The Dealership will receive a response with the outcome of the request:

  • If the request is accepted, they will receive a confirmation email and a transfer commitment within 15 days.
  • If the request is rejected, they will receive an email with the reason for rejection.
  • If the documentation or requirements are incomplete, they will receive an email requesting additional information or document correction.
     

5. Exclusions

The following are excluded from this Promotion Scheme:

  • Tyres used in racing, taxis, commercial vehicles, or any professional use.
  • Tyres damaged by misuse, accidents, vandalism, tampering, or lack of maintenance.
  • Tyres with irregular wear, cuts, punctures, repairs, alterations, or illegible DOT.
  • Purchases and installations made outside the Promotional period or in unauthorized Dealerships.
  • Incomplete requests, late submissions, missing original invoice, or missing duly completed Return form.
  • More than one return per purchase or invoice.
  • Improper mounting or dismounting of the Product, tyre/wheel assembly imbalance
  • Improper maintenance, racing, underinflation, overinflation or other abuse/operational damages resulting in casing damage or fatigue
  • Accident, fire, chemical corrosion, contamination, tyre manipulation;
  • The addition of liquid, solid or gaseous materials other than air or nitrogen
  • Continued operation of vehicle with flat tyre or severely under inflated tyre
  • Use of after-market additives, such as fillers, sealants, or balancing substances, where the added materials are the cause of a failure
  • Use of non–approved rims
     

6. Limitation

Only one return per tyre per purchase or invoice and per vehicle is permitted during the Promotional period.
 

7. Recycling Procedure for Returned Tyres

  • Tyres returned under this Promotion Scheme will be held by the Dealership until the next visit of the Vredestein sales representative or account manager is made on behalf of the Company.
  • The Vredestein representative or account manager will cut the tyres so that they can be sent to traditional recycling processes, in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • The Dealership agrees not to reuse or resell the returned tyres.
     

8. Data Protection and Consent

The data provided by the Consumer and the Dealership will be processed exclusively for the management of this Promotion Scheme, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

  • Data Collection: By accepting this Promotion Scheme, you as Consumer agree that your personal data (including, but not limited to, your name, email address, age, gender, country and any other information you provide) will be collected, stored, and processed solely for the purposes of management under this Promotional Scheme.
  • Purpose of Data Collection: The personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of the Promotion Scheme and we may also use your data for  marketing and  internal analysis purpose.
  • Data Storage and Security: We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
  • Data Sharing: We will not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to administer the game or as required by law. Any third parties we engage will be required to comply with GDPR and ensure the protection of your data.
  • Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of your data and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us at dataprivacy@apollotyres.com .
  • Data Retention: We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
  • Consent: By signing the Return form, You accept and consent to the processing of their data for this purpose, as well as to the accuracy of the information provided. 10. Disclaimer

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion Scheme at any time, as well as to interpret and resolve any issues not covered in these terms and conditions.
  • The Company also disclaims any liability for any delays or losses that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. By participating in this Promotion Scheme  you agree that Company group which refers to Company including all its holding, subsidiaries, associates including its affiliates, and its partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your participation, including but not limited to system failures, data loss, or third-party interference.
  • By participating in the Promotion Scheme, you agree to release and hold harmless Company from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion Scheme.

 

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the Company has its registered office.
